Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Experience
- Minimum five years’ experience in an administrative secretarial position within a corporate team environment is required.
- Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
- Completion of high school education, Manitoba standards, is required.
- A Business Administration Diploma/Certificate from a recognized business college is required with formal training in applied office skills.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computerized systems is essential:
- Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
- SAP Timekeeping, payroll and purchasing functions. Ability to accurately perform timekeeping and monitoring of position control information including verifying information from ESFs and follow- up on problems/discrepancies is required.
- ESP scheduling.
- ASA scheduling application.
- ESF applications - Success Factors.
- E-mail and computerized calendar applications.
- DOCSS System.
- Business Intelligence Quality systems.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Approachable, positive attitude and customer oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively with all levels of staff, management, departments and support services as well as with external stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of verbal and written information and records.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize a large workload and independently complete a variety of administrative duties is essential.
- Experience reviewing, formatting and proofreading a variety of confidential material including: correspondence, minutes, agendas, manuscripts, policies, procedures, templates and form letters.
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating meetings including recording, preparing and distributing meeting minutes and agendas is required.
- Experience managing multiple tasks and competing deadlines is required.
- Keyboarding speed of 60+ wpm.
Physical Requirements
- Required to work for long periods of time at a computer.
- Frequent interruptions.
- Ability to work in a faced-paced environment with multiple demands and to work efficiently under pressure to meet competing deadlines.
