Program Scheduling Assistant (Term)

City: Winnipeg

Site: Holy Family Home

Work Location: 165 Aberdeen Avenue

FTE: 0.6 

Anticipated Shift: 1:30 PM - 6:00 PM weekdays and 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM every other weekend

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.      Education

  1. Grade X11
  2. Medical Terminology Certificate (an asset)

 

2.      Special Skills / Training

  1. Knowledge of Computer Systems: Word, Excel and Outlook
  2. Dictation computer program
  3. Scheduling

 

3.      Experience

  1. Previous experience working in a health care environment.
  2. Previous health care clerical experience an asset.

 

4.        Personal

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Demonstrate a mature professional manner.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  4. Excellent organizational skills.
  5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  6. Ability to work in a demanding environment.
  7. Excellent mental and physical health
  8. Promote and practice respectful workplace policy.

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred. A security check is considered current if it was obtained no more than six (6) months prior to the start of employment.

 

Must be fully COVID-19 vacacinated.
