Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Position Overview
As a Professional Recruiter (BILINGUAL) at Shared Health, you will collaborate with clinical leaders across the province’s health authorities and Manitoba Francophone partners to develop innovative recruitment strategies that support the delivery of high quality, patient-centred care.
The successful candidate in this position will:
- Work to form relationships with the health care leaders and management teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of bilingual hiring needs both union and non-union.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective bilingual recruiting methods and strategies based on the role, industry standards and needs of Manitoba health care.
- Develop relationships with Francophone agencies and organizations to ensure efforts reflect the specific needs of these partners.
- Develop and manage bilingual recruitment plans by leveraging external communication channels, professional networks, social media and candidate mining.
- Build and foster high touch relationships with bilingual internal and external candidates as part of ongoing efforts to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout candidate/employee career lifecycle.
- Continuously partner with recruiting team and leaders to design, refine, and implement innovative bilingual recruiting strategies that reflect the needs and obligations of designated bilingual services or programs.
- Collaborate with Francophone Health at Shared Health to modify approaches as required.
- Identify new and innovative sourcing strategies to build bilingual talent pool/network of key positions through anticipatory sourcing and selection.
- Execute full-cycle recruitment activities (intake, sourcing, outreach, prescreen, interview booking, etc.).
- Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to source talent, and plan, create, and release bilingual job postings.
- Screen resumes for prospects, interview and manage bilingual candidates throughout the interview process from preparing interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.

À titre de recruteur professionnel/recruteuse professionnelle (BILINGUE) faisant partie de l’équipe de Soins communs, vous devrez collaborer avec les dirigeants des secteurs cliniques de l’ensemble des offices de la santé de la province et avec les partenaires francophones du Manitoba en vue d’établir des stratégies de recrutement novatrices facilitant la prestation de soins de grande qualité axés sur le patient. Le candidat retenu pour ce poste devra:
- Chercher à créer des liens avec les dirigeants et les équipes de gestion du secteur des soins de santé.
- Cibler et mettre en place des méthodes et des stratégies de recrutement bilingues.
- Établir des relations avec les organismes et les organisations francophones pour s’assurer que les efforts déployés tiennent compte des besoins spécifiques de ces partenaires.
- Élaborer et gérer des plans de recrutement bilingues.
- Créer et encourager des relations favorisant les interactions avec des candidats bilingues.
- Travailler avec l’équipe et les responsables du recrutement dans le but de concevoir, de peaufiner et de mettre en place des stratégies de recrutement bilingues.
- Définir des stratégies d’approvisionnement en main-d’œuvre novatrices dans le but de créer un bassin/réseau de talents bilingues pour les postes clés.
- Mener le cycle de recrutement.
- Planifier, créer et diffuser des avis d’emplois bilingues.
- Examiner les CV, faire passer des entrevues et gérer les candidatures.
Experience
- 5 years’ experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Previous experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Experience developing a recruiting strategy.
- Experience working within and/or knowledge of the Francophone community.
Expérience:
- 5 ans d’expérience en recrutement ou dans le domaine des ressources humaines.

- Expérience de travail au sein de la communauté francophone et/ou connaissance de la communauté francophone.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.

- Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe.

- Fluently bilingual in both English and French required.
