Position Overview

Performs all duties required to operate the Health Centre's Reproduction/Mail Room.

Experience

  • Previous mail handling experience.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

  • Grade 12.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training requirements for this position shall be in accordance with the Employer policy.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Knowledge of the English language consistent with the demands of the position.
  • Knowledge of meter machine, Addressograph, copier machines and computers.
  • Works within the Centre's core values, philosophy, vision, C.Q.I. goals, policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to work cooperatively with all Health Centre staff under moderate supervision showing organization and adaptability, individual initiative and judgement.
  • Assumes responsibility for ongoing education and participates in professional activities for personal and professional growth.

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred. A security check is considered current if it was obtained no more than six (6) months prior to the start of employment.
