Position Overview

The Community Occupational Therapist provides the majority of his/her Occupational Therapy service and consultation support to the Health Services on Elgin program and the community it serves. As the Health Services on Elgin’s Mission Statement is directed to the community, the Health Services on Elgin Community Occupational Therapist contributes to the establishment and maintenance of numerous relationships with the external environment. These interactions are intersectoral and hence include contacts such as health, housing, social assistance and private business.
