POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, the Manager, Systems & Support, is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of technology and scheduling systems, records management, digital service delivery systems and support statistical data collection and reporting. This position will oversee the implementation of processes, systems and policies that assist in our effective and efficient day-to-day service delivery and ensure our staff have the appropriate access and supports. The manager will supervise a team of support staff and will oversee the responsibility for training and development of Klinic staff on systems such as EMR, iCarol, phone systems (e.g. BRIA, GENESYS) and scheduling software such as Humanity.
In addition, the manager will oversee the day-to-day building maintenance and operations, including the oversight of staff and contractors.
As a member of the leadership team, the Manager, Systems & Support is responsible for working collaboratively with peers and promoting positive working relationships with other Klinic programs.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading and providing guidance to a team of support staff, ensuring effective administration and delivery of program and service priorities.
- Overseas and manages Klinic’s record keeping systems, including responsibility for the electronic medical records (EMR), ACCURO, and iCarol
- Oversees and manages building maintenance staff and contractors
- Responsible for development, implementation, management, evaluation, and identifying improvement opportunities for operations/program standards and procedures, including quality management and accreditation.
- Works with Klinic’s quality and evaluation staff to create reports and assists in the development of evaluation tools to provide statistics in support of decision-making, program planning, and funding.
- Coordinates projects and programs between all departments, internal and external stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
- Certificate in Health Care Administration or post-secondary training in a related field. Preference for certification in project management.
- 5 years’ experience in healthcare administration in a clinical setting.
- Coursework or training in privacy and related legislation is an asset.
- Working knowledge of ACCURO, GENESYS, iCarol and HUMANITY is a definite asset and preference
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an interdisciplinary setting to facilitate and maintain a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated experience and ability writing reports or procedures.

HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday, scheduling flexibility may be required including evening, night and weekend work, limited travel and periodic on-call rotation.
SALARY RANGE: $55,182.00 to $74,659.00 annually
