Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Position Overview
The purpose of the position is to provide professional oversite to the laboratory, and guidance to clinical staff, in matters pertaining to the development and provision of service, selection and interpretation of biochemistry testing.
Experience
- Previous experience in biochemistry diagnostic laboratory.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
- Ph.D., FCACB (Fellow Canadian Academy of Clinical Biochemistry).
- Residency training in Clinical Chemistry required.
Certification/Licensure/Registration
- FCACB (Fellow Canadian Academy of Clinical Biochemistry), additional certification may be required for specialized areas of the laboratory.
