We have an opportunity for a Data Integrity Representative who will maintain data integrity within assigned clinical system(s) and technologies within the Manitoba healthcare enterprise architecture. As a Data Integrity Representative, you will monitor, identify, investigate and resolve data quality and data integrity issues in assigned system(s) and support source system stakeholders to resolve data quality and data integrity errors. You will support data interpretation, collection and error resolution, and will monitor report on and recommend the disabling of inactive user accounts and ongoing improvements. Your professionalism, diplomacy, and continuous improvement orientation will be evident in your work as you collaborate with clients and coworkers to provide excellent customer service, and support patient and environmental safety.

Experience
  • You have 3+ years of experience in health information management or client/patient registration working directly with an Admissions/Discharge/Transfer (ADT) system or health insurance registry, with advanced use of office productivity technologies and practical experience applying the Personal Health Information Act
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
  • You have postsecondary diploma in a relevant field from an accredited educational institution; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Physical Requirements
  • You must be able to work safely in a typical computerized office environment, and to lift and move items of up to approximately 25 pounds.
  • You must have a valid Manitoba driver’s license and use of a personal motor vehicle for occasional travel within the province
