Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Position Overview
Under the general direction of the Manager, Solution Support, the Application Support Analyst II will be responsible for and play a technical expertise role in the support of various solutions of varying complexities.
Experience
- 3+ years related technical experience within an application support environment, including:
- Intermediate knowledge of the assigned applications, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding is ideal.
- Ability to work with web-based applications and have a familiarity with web-browsers.
- Good understanding of ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
- A post-secondary degree/diploma in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related field.
- An equivalent combination of relevant training and experience may be considered.
Certification/Licensure/Registration
- Requires a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities at the staff level. Shared Health has adopted the LEADS in a Caring Environment framework.
- SAP SuccessFactors Expert (SFX) Accreditation or complete within six months of hire.
Physical Requirements
- Overtime and on-call services.
