POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible and accountable for providing administrative expertise and clerical support.
Job Specific Day to Day Activities
1. Provide support to one or more of the following areas: WHC Programs, Directors, Board & Committees, and all staff
2. Administer and maintain central order processing system and files, monitor and maintain inventory levels
3. Database management and information dissemination
4. Gather information and present recommendations based on pre-determined criteria
5. Monitor and maintain office systems & equipment
6. Support coordination of facilities management
7. Assist with orientation and training of various other staff as required
Education/Experience:
• Grade 12 and a minimum of 3 years’ related experience and/or administrative education
