Position Overview
Experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Windows and Excel.
- Training with Employee Scheduling Program (ESP) or other service based staff scheduling systems.
- One year previous scheduling experience (in a health care facility preferred).
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Successful completion of administrative program.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.

- Confidentiality, accuracy, good communication skills and communication are essential.
- Ability to function in a busy environment and manage multiple projects.
- Must be highly organized and deal with interruptions.
- Must be able to work independently and complete assignments within deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in English; both orally and in writing.
Physical Requirements
- Office work. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and computer station.
- May encounter aggressive and/or agitated individuals.
This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for any service charges incurred. A security check is considered current if it was obtained no more than six (6) months prior to the start of employment.
