With direct authority and accountability for overall service including assessing engagement scope, resolving service issues, and client satisfaction, the position will collaborate and engage with all client organizations on a regular basis to improve upon the provision of legal and other related services as required.

The successful candidate will support and represent client organizations ensuring appropriate risk management across all areas of the practice of law and privacy, provide appropriate advice and support to the executive team and board of the client organizations, and act as the primary contact for the overall management of external legal services.
